Mark Prairie Schoolhouse offers pricing for a wide range of users, from nonprofits like 4-H, to businesses for corporate retreats, and families for celebrations like weddings and reunions. We are also open to clients who are looking for a standing meeting site for repeat classes or community gatherings.

The prices below are for groups of up to 50 people.
All weddings are subject to an additional $300 security deposit, due when you sign your rental agreement.
Including community and civic groups, churches, public schools, and nonprofit organizations.
There is a two-hour rental minimum for these events.
Gatherings of 30 people or less, including for-fee workshops, regular classes, retreats, and celebration parties.
There is a two-hour rental minimum for these events.
Gatherings of more than 30 people, including rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversary, retirements parties, reunions, craft fairs, etc.
There is a half-day rental minimum for large events.
Extends to youth groups, Extension Clubs, Mark Prairie Historical Society meetings and events, Mark Family reunions.
We offer these special groups the option to use our space by donation, at nonprofit rates, or in return for volunteer work (service hours) on the property.
Rental rates, deposits, and use restrictions will be applied on a case-by-case basis for indoor+outdoor and/or multi-day events.
