We’re so glad you’re interested in having your event at the Historic Mark Prairie Schoolhouse.

Please use the calendar below to see open dates and use the form to reach out to our site manager. Please note that all requests are subject to review. Your reservation is not confirmed until approved by our Site Manager or Board.

Required Reading, Paperwork, and Payment

Do we seem like a good fit for your event? If so, there are a few steps you need to take to secure your date at the Schoolhouse.

  1. Download information about venue and rates and review. Rates are dependent on length of time and the intensity of site use and staffing your event will require. We offer discounts to nonprofits and repeat clients.

  2. Download and review our site conditions for use of the schoolhouse and grounds to make sure we’re a good fit for your event.

  4. Send us a completed rental agreement. Fill out the Rental Agreement form and email it back to us at info@markprairiehistoricalsociety.org. Signing the Rental Agreement signifies that you have read and accept your set-up and clean-up responsibilities.

  5. Complete your payment. Rental payments can be made by check and submitted in person or in the mail, or we can send you a digital invoice and accept payment via ACH.
