๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Mark Prairie Schoolhouse Joins the General Canby Days Parade

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Mark Prairie Schoolhouse was proud to be part of today’s General Canby Days Parade! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

What a wonderful day celebrating community, history, and America’s 250th Birthday!

A big thank you to Deb Harmon and the Mark Prairie Zumba group for bringing their patriotic energy to the parade, and to our dedicated volunteers Judi Aus and Susan Hull for representing the Mark Prairie Schoolhouse. Special thanks also to Blaine Oswald for driving his beautiful 1966 Mustang, which made the perfect vintage ride for the occasion!

It was heartwarming to see hundreds of people lining the streets, cheering on the floats, classic cars, and community organizations. Judi especially enjoyed handing out schoolhouse information and visiting with families along the parade route.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. Here’s to honoring our past while looking forward to the future!
